So many small businesses don't have the proper software to keep accurate bookkeeping records.  I will work directly with your network technician to install a software package suited for your specific business needs. For the home-based businesses like mine, I can install a new software system on your personal computer.

To help get you started, I will set up your chart of accounts, inventory items, and lists of customers and vendors. If at all possible, I would download your current lists to save time and money. Since this process can be time consuming, therefore costly, I offer discounts for initial data entry. If you choose to use QuickBooks, I can customize your forms to suit your company's specific needs. QuickBooks also allows you to insert your logo on all accounting forms.

I also offer hourly, daily, weekly or monthly maintenance of your data entry depending on your companys needs. QuickBooks offers periodic balance sheets, inventory records, profit and loss statements, and most other necessary reports. These reports can be prepared to enable you to better manage your cash flow. You will also be able to track your accounts payable and receivable, which in turn, will allow you to better manage your cash flow.

This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and all other miscellaneous data entry.

If you already have a staff member to handle your day-to-day needs, I offer one-on-one training or group lessons. Sometimes an initial training session is not enough. So I offer follow-up classes and on demand phone support for those tricky situations that always pop up but dont require an onsite consultation.
